Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality web and software solutions on time and within scope
- Translate client requirements into scalable architectures and code

- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams via async and synchronous channels
- Estimate effort, manage milestones, and provide transparent progress updates
- Review and refactor code to optimize performance and security
- Maintain project documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer notes
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best-practice standards
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional freelance or contract development experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or software projects
- Proficiency in one or more modern tech stacks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work remotely
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and testing frameworks
- Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver with a client-first mindset
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms and contract negotiation basics
