Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude upon arrival.
- Perform efficient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy of guest information and billing.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide information and recommendations about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area at all times.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols for guest and staff well-being.
Qualification
- Previous experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and hotel management systems.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in hospitality.
