Responsibility
- Welcome guests and customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and manage room or service reservations.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of guests, visitors, and daily activities.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining important work documents and reports.
- Resolve guest complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or front desk roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or stressful situations.
- Good command of English and Filipino languages.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
