Join PT Nailed Beauty Bali as a Front Desk Receptionist in the beautiful town of Ubud. You will be the first friendly face our clients meet, shaping their experience from arrival to checkout. This full-time role blends administration, guest services, and basic cash handling to support a high-quality beauty studio that values hospitality, reliability, and meticulous care. As the Front Desk Ambassador, you will manage reservations and appointments using our booking system, coordinate with therapists and technicians, and ensure smooth daily operations. Your friendly demeanor, clear communication, and attention to detail will help maximize client satisfaction, repeat visits, and positive online reviews. You will also handle cashier duties, process payments, and maintain accurate records with discretion and integrity.

Responsibility
- Greet clients warmly and manage the front desk with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule and manage client appointments using the booking system; coordinate with therapists and technicians.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately; balance cash drawer and issue receipts.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and upsell services or promotions when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and waiting lounge to create a calm client experience.
- Prepare and manage client records, reminders, and basic administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with spa and beauty teams to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of services.
- Uphold health, safety, and privacy standards for guests and staff.
Qualification
- Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in hospitality roles is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Basic computer literacy with experience in booking systems and POS.
- Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
