Capital Dynamics is actively seeking a proactive Front-End Developer to join our energetic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will transform UX designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces, collaborating with product managers, designers, and back-end developers in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. As a Front-End Developer, you’ll own the presentation layer, implement responsive and accessible UI components, and ensure performance excellence from concept to production. You will work closely with design and UI/UX teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces, while adhering to coding standards and best practices. You’ll also contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of our front-end stack, leveraging modern JavaScript frameworks and tooling such as React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain responsive front-end features using React, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript
- Collaborate with product, design, and back-end teams to translate requirements into functional UI
- Implement UI components with accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
- Consume RESTful APIs, manage state with Redux or Context
- Ensure performance, optimize rendering, and conduct code reviews
- Write unit tests, participate in QA, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve front-end stack
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with TypeScript and modern tooling (Webpack, Babel)
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and agile methodologies
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility (WCAG)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication; team-oriented mindset
