Private Advertiser invites motivated individuals to join our unique nature inspired venue in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. As a Front of House Service Crew member, you are the face of our brand, delivering warm, friendly, and efficient service to guests in a welcoming and immersive setting.
In this role you will be part of a close knit hospitality team that values guest satisfaction, teamwork, and personal growth. You will greet guests, manage seating, take beverage and food orders, and ensure a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure. We offer a competitive monthly salary of RM 2,400 to RM 3,000, dependent on experience, plus staff meals and ongoing training. This is a full time position designed for individuals who enjoy hospitality and looking to build a career in the food and beverage industry.

Salary range: RM 2,400 – RM 3,000 per month. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers a full time schedule.
Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating to optimize flow and guest comfort
- Present menus, take accurate beverage and food orders, and relay orders to the kitchen and bar teams
- Provide menu knowledge, upsell where appropriate, and answer guest questions about ingredients and preparation
- Ensure timely service, manage guest expectations, and resolve issues with courtesy and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, stations, and service areas
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and follow cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to deliver consistently high quality service
Qualification
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Malay language skills are a plus
- Strong team player with a friendly, guest-first attitude
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work across shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Willingness to learn and grow within the brand
- Basic numeracy for cash handling and POS transactions
