You will greet guests, manage seating, take beverage and food orders, and ensure a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure. Responsibility

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating to optimize flow and guest comfort
  • Present menus, take accurate beverage and food orders, and relay orders to the kitchen and bar teams
  • Provide menu knowledge, upsell where appropriate, and answer guest questions about ingredients and preparation
  • Ensure timely service, manage guest expectations, and resolve issues with courtesy and professionalism
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, stations, and service areas
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and follow cash handling procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver consistently high quality service

Qualification

  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Malay language skills are a plus
  • Strong team player with a friendly, guest-first attitude
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to work across shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the brand
  • Basic numeracy for cash handling and POS transactions
