Responsibility
- Welcome and register guests upon arrival
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage reservations and update guest information in the system
- Assist with concierge services and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
Qualification
- Previous experience in front office or customer service roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
