Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients, clients, and visitors promptly and professionally at reception.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services offered.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures for patients, ensuring smooth data entry and documentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Process payments and manage basic billing tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, and inventory monitoring.
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold service quality standards.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further education in hospitality or administration is an advantage.
- Prior experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is an advantage.
- Pleasant, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
