NovaStride Labs is a fast-growing startup redefining how users engage with software. We’re seeking a passionate Frontend Engineer to help scale our web app used by thousands of teams today.
As part of our product team, you will partner with design and backend engineers to deliver fast, accessible, and highly usable experiences. If you love shipping quickly, iterating on feedback, and building clean code, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll do:
- Own frontend features from concept to production, including architecture decisions and performance optimizations.
- Build reusable components and a scalable design system in collaboration with design.
- Collaborate with product and back-end teams to define technical requirements and timelines.
- Ensure accessibility and cross-browser compatibility across the stack.
- Implement automated tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

Responsibility
- Own frontend features from concept to production, including architecture decisions and performance optimizations.
- Collaborate with product and design to translate user needs into elegant interfaces.
- Develop reusable components and contribute to a scalable design system.
- Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
- Improve accessibility and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Assist in defining product requirements and timelines with stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of frontend development experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.
- Strong proficiency with React (Hooks), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience building design systems and working with designers on UI/UX.
- Familiarity with REST/GraphQL, modern tooling (webpack, Vite, Babel), and CI/CD.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Passion for building accessible, high-quality software and shipping quickly.
