As a Full Stack Developer, you will design and implement features across the full technology stack, from modern front end to robust back end. You will translate business requirements into clean, well-documented code; contribute to architecture decisions; and ensure applications are performant, accessible, and secure. You will participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration, and you will help maintain a healthy codebase as the product grows. We offer a competitive salary in the range of PHP 90,000 to PHP 100,000 per month, along with remote work from Makati City, Metro Manila. Responsibility
- Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to plan and implement features for web applications used by AU and other international clients.
- Develop and maintain client-facing UI using modern frameworks, implementing responsive components and accessible interfaces.
- Design and implement server-side logic with Node.js or equivalent, building robust APIs and microservices.
- Ensure application performance, quality and security by writing clean code, tests, and performing code reviews.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes, automate deployments, and monitor production applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a structured, data-driven approach.
- Collaborate in agile ceremonies, provide timely status updates, and mentor junior developers when needed.
- Document technical specifications and help maintain a scalable codebase for ongoing client projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience with modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar, Node.js/Express, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaboration tools; ability to work in a distributed, remote-friendly environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and ability to work with international clients and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of software testing, QA processes, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
