As part of the IT team, you will deliver frontline support for MRO software and hardware, troubleshoot devices and networks, and ensure reliability of essential systems used by clinicians, technicians, and support staff. You will coordinate hardware maintenance, asset management, and software updates while ensuring data privacy and security in accordance with local regulations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring software across MRO workflows, performing preventive maintenance on IT assets, tracking warranties and licenses, coordinating with vendors for repairs, and assisting with backups and recovery tasks. You will document issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base and provide user training when needed.

Responsibility
- Provide frontline IT support for MRO software, hardware, and peripherals used in healthcare operations.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, printers, scanners, and clinical systems to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance, basic repair, and on-site support for IT assets; coordinate with vendors for advanced repairs.
- Install, configure, and update software across MRO workflows; ensure compatibility and system stability.
- Manage asset inventory, track warranties, licenses, and depreciation; maintain accurate records.
- Ensure data privacy and security; support regular backups, disaster recovery readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff; provide user training, create knowledge base articles, and assist with onboarding.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of IT support experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems; basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi), printers, and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with healthcare software and patient data privacy requirements (PDPA or equivalent).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn, reliable, and a team player with vendor coordination abilities.
