- Supervise undergraduate and graduate student projects, theses, and independent study.
- Mentor students, advise on academic planning and career development.
- Participate in program development, committees, and accreditation activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to foster interdisciplinary programs.
Qualification
- Master's degree in the relevant field; PhD preferred for advanced roles.
- Evidence of effective university level teaching and student success.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience designing and assessing student learning using diverse methods.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and online/hybrid instruction tools.
