Responsibility
- Deliver engaging lectures and seminars to undergraduate students across assigned subjects
- Design and update course curricula, syllabi, and learning outcomes
- Develop and implement assessment strategies aligned with program goals
- Mentor students, provide feedback, and support academic advising
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary courses and program initiatives
- Incorporate inclusive teaching practices and accessibility standards
- Engage in scholarly activity and contribute to departmental research discussions
- Participate in service activities such as committees and outreach programs
Qualification
- Terminal degree in relevant field or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience
- Proven teaching track record at undergraduate level with evidence of student success
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with curriculum design and assessment development
- Familiarity with online or hybrid teaching modalities and learning management systems
- Commitment to inclusive pedagogy and DEI principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment
