As a Personal Trainer, you will design personalized programs, guide proper form, monitor progress, and foster a safe, motivating environment. Responsibility
- Design and deliver customized training programs tailored to individual goals, abilities, and medical history.
- Conduct initial assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data and feedback.
- Lead one-on-one and small group sessions with proper technique, motivation, and safety cues.
- Educate clients on movement mechanics, injury prevention, and lifestyle factors influencing progress.
- Maintain equipment, keep facility standards high, and ensure a clean, safe workout environment.
- Collaborate with nutrition coaches and coaching staff to provide comprehensive wellness plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service, retain clients, and contribute to member engagement initiatives.
Qualification
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent); minimum 1 year of professional experience.
- Current CPR/AED certification and first aid.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate clients of all levels.
- Ability to design individualized training programs and adapt for various fitness levels.
- Strong commitment to safety, form, and client progress tracking using digital tools.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or a related field (preferred).
