Responsibility
- Develop and execute effective content plans for live game streaming channels.
- Collaborate with creators and influencers to curate engaging live content.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize streaming strategies for audience growth.
- Lead community engagement efforts and foster fan interaction during live sessions.
- Oversee scheduling, technical production, and quality control for streaming sessions.
- Stay current on gaming and streaming industry trends to ensure innovative output.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns to amplify reach and brand visibility.
- Train and support junior team members and streaming talent.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in game streaming, digital content management, or esport production.
- In-depth knowledge of Twitch, YouTube Live, and other streaming platforms.
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in streaming analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with outstanding communication skills.
- Passion for gaming and deep understanding of online gaming culture.
- Experience with OBS, XSplit, or similar broadcasting software is a plus.
