Responsibility
- Oversee daily game streaming operations to ensure optimal content quality and viewer engagement.
- Collaborate with talent and partners to source, schedule, and promote high-impact gaming streams.
- Develop and execute innovative content strategies to drive audience growth and interaction.
- Monitor live streams for quality assurance and swiftly address technical or creative issues.
- Analyze content performance metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, esports events, and emerging streaming technologies.
- Supervise a team of streamers, moderators, and production specialists.
- Foster a positive, inclusive community for viewers and creators alike.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in live game streaming or content management.
- Strong understanding of major platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.) and gaming communities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a digital environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with live streaming software and broadcast production tools.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of leveraging audience insights for growth.
