NovaStream Media is a premium producer of interactive game content and live streaming experiences. We are expanding our team with a results-driven Game Streaming Content Producer who can conceive, host, and optimize high-energy broadcasts across platforms like Twitch and YouTube.
In this role, you will work closely with creators, editors, and partnerships to deliver compelling live content that grows audiences, elevates brand presence, and drives monetization strategies.
As a key member of our production team, you will balance creative vision with technical excellence, ensure consistent delivery against a polished brand voice, and help shape the future of live gaming entertainment.
Responsibility
- Plan, script, and produce weekly live stream schedules across platforms, ensuring technical quality and on-brand messaging.
- Operate live production software (OBS/Streamlabs) including scene composition, transitions, overlays, and audio routing.
- Collaborate with creators and editors to develop engaging formats, segments, and viewer participation features.
- Monitor stream health, implement quality control, and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
- Analyze performance metrics (viewers, retention, revenue) and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Coordinate sponsorships and brand integrations, delivering clear value to partners and audiences.
- Develop and maintain a robust content calendar, assets repository, and post-production clips.
- Mentor junior streamers/hosts and contribute to team best-practices and SOPs.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or equivalent experience in live streaming.
- 3+ years in live streaming, content production, or broadcast operations.
- Proficiency with OBS/Streamlabs, RTMP, and multi-platform streaming setups.
- Strong on-camera presence and storytelling ability.
- Experience with analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Twitch Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Understanding of sponsorships, ad-read ad-lib, and partner communications.
- Creative, data-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced gaming ecosystem.
