Responsibility
- Lead and produce live streams across Twitch and YouTube, including show rundowns, guest coordination, and on-air hosting.
- Develop and execute content strategies to optimize engagement, retention, and subscriber growth.
- Oversee pre-show planning, on-air execution, chat moderation coordination, and post-show highlights.
- Collaborate with developers, marketing, and editors to plan sponsorship integrations and cross-promotions.
- Manage technical setup: audio, video quality, streaming software, scene transitions, and backup contingencies.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and report results to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior creators and coordinate cross-platform content calendars.
- Plan audience engagement initiatives such as live Q&As, polls, and giveaways to drive community energy.
Qualification
- 3+ years in live streaming, content production, or broadcast roles with a strong gaming focus.
- Proficiency with streaming software (OBS Studio, Streamlabs, or similar) and multi-platform distribution.
- Excellent on-camera presence, storytelling, improvisation, and voice modulation.
- Strong project management and calendar discipline; ability to manage multiple shows concurrently.
- Knowledge of popular game titles, genres, and industry trends; ability to build partnerships with gaming brands.
- Experience with analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Twitch Analytics, Socialblade, etc.) and data-driven optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to script, structure, and edit show segments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for live events and premieres.
