We are seeking a creative and results driven Game Streaming Content Producer to join our leading game streaming platform based in San Francisco. You will own the live broadcast process from concept through execution, collaborating with streamers, editors, design, and engineering to deliver engaging, high quality streams that drive viewer growth and platform retention.
In this role you will oversee production planning, real time on screen talent direction, audio and video quality, and post stream analytics. You will partner with marketing to optimize promotions, sponsorships, and community events to maximize reach and monetization.

Responsibility
- Lead end to end live stream production for daily and weekly game streams, including planning, talent direction, cueing, overlays, scene changes, and on-screen graphics.
- Design and implement engaging on-air formats, lower thirds, transitions, and audio-visual quality controls to deliver polished broadcasts.
- Manage run of show and timing; coordinate with on-screen talent and moderators; handle live event coverage and crisis management.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive viewer growth, retention, and sponsorship integration; produce promotional clips and highlight reels.
- Analyze stream performance metrics after each session; translate insights into action to optimize future streams and monetization strategies.
- Train and mentor streamers, editors, and new production staff; maintain robust production playbooks and SOPs.
- Coordinate with platform partners to ensure compliance with guidelines and coordinate event sponsorships and cross-promotions.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in live video production, streaming, or broadcast operations, preferably within gaming or entertainment.
- Proficiency with streaming software (OBS Studio, Streamlabs, or vMix) and multi-camera setups; strong audio engineering fundamentals.
- Exceptional storytelling and on-screen direction; ability to coach talent for engaging and authentic performances.
- Experience with content strategy, audience growth, and analytics using platform dashboards (Twitch, YouTube, etc).
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills; ability to manage multiple streams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects) are a plus.
- Knowledge of sponsorship integration, brand safety, and ad read execution.
