Join NovaPlay Studios as a Game Streaming Content Producer, where you’ll architect compelling live experiences across streaming platforms, drive audience growth, and build monetizable content that resonates with gamers worldwide.
You’ll collaborate with development teams, editors, and marketing to plan streams, run technical setups (OBS/Streamlabs), and ensure high-quality production from concept to post-live highlights.

Responsibility
- Plan, schedule, and host live game streams across platforms; optimize for engagement and retention.
- Configure and troubleshoot streaming software and hardware (OBS Studio, Streamlabs, capture cards, microphones).
- Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling stream titles, thumbnails, and SEO-friendly descriptions to grow discovery.
- Produce post-live content such as highlights, tutorials, and VOD recaps for multiple channels.
- Moderate chat, enforce community guidelines, and foster a positive, inclusive live environment.
- Analyze performance metrics to inform content strategy and experimentation.
- Coordinate with developers, editors, and partners to integrate sponsored segments and promotions.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in live streaming production, creator management, or related roles.
- Proficient with OBS Studio and/or Streamlabs; comfortable with basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong on-camera presence, storytelling, and ability to engage gaming audiences.
- Experience with analytics tools (YouTube Analytics, Twitch Analytics, etc.) and data-driven optimization.
- Solid video editing skills (Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for live streams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills; strong team player.
