NebulaArc Media is hiring a Game Streaming Content Producer to lead and elevate our live content programming. You will oversee end-to-end production for flagship streams, assemble editorial calendars, and coordinate creator partnerships across Twitch, YouTube, and gaming platforms. This position is based in Seattle, WA with hybrid work options for the right candidate.
Your impact:
- Plan and produce weekly live shows, launches, and special events with strong storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Own the streaming calendar from concept to post production; work with editors, designers, and technical staff to deliver polished episodes.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage creator partnerships; negotiate compensation and deliverables; ensure compliance with platforms and brand guidelines.
- Oversee on-air talent, script development, segment timing, and run-of-show rehearsals.
- Manage on-brand overlays, lower thirds, chat rules, moderation flow, and viewer interaction to optimize retention and monetization.
- Analyze stream performance (watch time, average view duration, chat activity, revenue) and iterate content plans to maximize growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and production teams to align streams with product launches, events, and sponsorships.
- Maintain a high standard of production quality by ensuring proper technical setup across OBS/Streamlabs, encoders, and streaming infrastructure.
Responsibility
- Lead planning and execution of live streams with clear run-of-show and audience engagement goals.
- Curate and manage an editorial calendar for recurring and flagship streams.
- Coordinate creators, hosts, and sponsors, ensuring timely delivery of assets and outcomes.
- Develop on-air talent scripts, segues, and timing to maximize retention.
- Oversee overlays, chat experience, and moderation strategy to maintain brand safety.
- Monitor performance metrics and iterate content plans for growth and monetization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams.
- Ensure technical readiness across streaming software and hardware, including OBS/Streamlabs setups.
Qualification
- 3+ years in live streaming, video production, or content programming; game streaming experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with OBS Studio, Streamlabs, encoding settings, and multi-camera setups.
- Familiarity with Twitch and YouTube streaming ecosystems, monetization features, and chat moderation tools.
- Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and on-camera presence; ability to plan and execute run-of-show.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimize engagement and revenue; basic knowledge of A/B testing.
- Excellent collaboration and vendor management skills; comfortable negotiating with creators and sponsors.
- Ability to work hybrid in Seattle (onsite for shows, remote planning); strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of basic video editing (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics basics.
