- Collaborate with creators to develop content calendars, event-driven campaigns, and cross-platform promotions to grow audiences and engagement.
- Monitor stream health, latency, chat moderation, and audience sentiment; implement improvements to retention and monetization metrics.
- Manage a small production team and freelancers; schedule shoots, assign roles, and ensure equipment and studios are ready for live broadcasts.
- Own brand guidelines for overlays, lower thirds, transitions, and on-screen graphics to ensure a cohesive, premium look.
- Liaise with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to coordinate sponsorships, cross-promotions, and community events.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, copyright, and safety guidelines; document processes and maintain quality standards across all streams.
Qualification

- Excellent communication, copywriting, and community management capabilities.
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve) for highlight reels and social cuts.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, prepare reports, and optimize content strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Film, or equivalent experience preferred.
