Join Aurora Interactive, a leading force in live game streaming and interactive entertainment. We are seeking a skilled Game Streaming Producer to orchestrate high-energy broadcasts, build captivating content, and drive audience engagement across platforms.
As a Game Streaming Producer, you will partner with developers, marketing, and creative teams to deliver premium, on-brand streams that resonate with players worldwide.
Responsibility
- Plan, script, and produce live game streams, tournaments, and special events across platforms like Twitch and YouTube.
- Lead run-of-show development, cueing, talent coaching, and on-screen graphics coordination.
- Configure and optimize streaming setups (OBS/Streamlabs), scenes, overlays, alerts, and scene transitions.
- Ensure broadcast quality with real-time audio/video monitoring, encoding settings, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create post-stream clips, VODs, and social content.
- Manage production calendars, vendor relationships, and broadcast schedules for multiple titles.
- Maintain brand consistency, accessibility, and audience-centric storytelling in every stream.
Qualification
- 3+ years of live streaming production or game media experience.
- Proficiency with OBS, Streamlabs, and broadcast software; familiarity with hardware encoders.
- Hands-on experience with Twitch, YouTube Live, and other streaming platforms.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of broadcast graphics, overlays, lower thirds, and basic audio mixing.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and work under tight deadlines.
- Flexible schedule to support evenings, weekends, and international events.
