Join a fast-growing team at PulsePlay Studios to orchestrate high-quality live game broadcasts. As a Game Streaming Producer, you will spearhead end-to-end production for weekly streams, align content with brand goals, and drive audience growth across Twitch and YouTube Live.
You’ll collaborate with on-screen talent, editors, and sponsorship partners to craft engaging narratives, optimize production workflows, and ensure seamless technical execution from pre-show to post-broadcast.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end live production for regular game streaming broadcasts, including pre-show, on-air, and post-show workflows.
- Design and implement production schedules, runbooks, and checklists to ensure timely, high-quality streams.
- Configure and manage streaming software (OBS, XSplit) and hardware setups; troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
- Collaborate with on-screen talent, editors, and moderators to shape compelling content and on-brand storytelling.
- Manage audience engagement strategies, chat moderation, and sponsor integrations to maximize viewership and retention.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams on promos, transitions, overlays, and branding assets.
- Analyze stream metrics, pull insights, and iterate on content formats to grow subscribers and followers.
- Oversee post-production workflows, including highlight compilations and social clips for distribution.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in live video production, streaming, or broadcast operations, preferably in gaming.
- Proficiency with OBS Studio or XSplit, streaming encoders, and multi-camera setups.
- Strong understanding of Twitch and YouTube Live ecosystems; knowledge of chat moderation and community management.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple streams and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams and talent.
- Creative storytelling, scripting, and content strategy experience; ability to craft engaging narratives on camera.
- Technical troubleshooting mindset and calm under pressure during live broadcasts.
- Available to work flexible hours and weekend streams as needed.
