Job description
We are seeking a results-driven Game Streaming Specialist to join our growing gaming brand. This role blends content strategy, live production, and community engagement to grow audiences across platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok.
In this position, you will own the end-to-end streaming experience—from pre-show planning and overlay design to on-stream hosting and post-stream recap. You’ll collaborate with product, marketing, and esports teams to craft compelling programming that resonates with our audience and drives revenue through subscriptions, sponsorships, and ads.
Ideal candidates are fluent in streaming tech, have a strong understanding of gamer culture, and can balance creative storytelling with data-driven optimization.
Responsibility
- Plan and execute a consistent streaming schedule across multiple platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Design, implement, and optimize on-screen overlays, alerts, and scenes using OBS Studio or Streamlabs.
- Host live streams, moderates chats, and foster a welcoming, engaged community.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to develop compelling programming and campaigns.
- Analyze stream metrics (watch time, retention, revenue) and iterate to improve performance.
- Manage partnerships with creators, sponsors, and hardware brands to drive monetization and brand alignment.
- Coordinate with game and product teams for live launches, events, and exclusive content.
- Oversee studio operations, equipment, budgets, and scheduling to ensure high-quality production.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in media, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of live streaming or content creation experience on platforms like Twitch, YouTube Live, or Facebook Gaming.
- Proficiency with OBS Studio, Streamlabs, or XSplit; strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to grow audiences, boost engagement, and drive monetization through subscriptions, sponsorships, and ads.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a confident on-camera presence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with live events and launches.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Twitch Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Experience managing brand partnerships, sponsorships, and negotiating terms.
