We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic GEL (Guest Experience Leader) to join the team at McDonald's Taman Connaught in Kuala Lumpur. As a GEL, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibility
- Warmly greet customers and assist them with their orders
- Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor food quality and ensure orders are prepared accurately
- Promote special offers and upsell menu items
Qualification
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
