Join Roche Malaysia as a Global Customer Experience End to End Invoice to Pay Business & Systems Analyst. In this role, you will partner with global cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end Invoice-to-Pay (ITP) process, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and a seamless customer experience for Roche’s internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and delivering system enhancements across ERP and finance platforms, with a strong focus on delivering a superior customer experience. You will work with regional and global teams to map end-to-end processes, define business requirements, validate data quality, and implement controls that support compliance and governance. Your leadership will help Roche standardize processes across regions, reduce cycle times, and enable faster, more accurate invoicing and payments.

Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end Invoice-to-Pay processes across regions to improve cycle time, accuracy, and customer experience.
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, and IT to define business requirements and translate them into system design, configuration, and documentation.
- Lead system enhancements and deployments in ERP/finance platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle), including testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
- Establish data quality standards, monitor KPIs, and drive data governance for invoice processing and payments.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to standardize processes, implement controls, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation, workflow optimization, and integration projects to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users and operations teams.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, finance systems, or process improvement with a focus on Invoice-to-Pay or related financial processes.
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar), data analysis, and reporting; proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Experience in global or multi-region environments with the ability to manage stakeholders across time zones.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-PBA, CPA) are advantageous.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, test plans, and UAT scenarios.
- Knowledge of controls, compliance, and process governance within a regulated environment.
