Micron Semiconductors is seeking a Global Facilities Senior Program Manager PMO to lead complex multi site capital projects and facility improvements across the North Region footprint. This pivotal role reports to the Global Facilities Director and collaborates with engineering, facilities operations, EHS, finance and procurement to deliver safe, reliable, and scalable facilities that support world class manufacturing.
The successful candidate will design and govern program roadmaps, establish governance, and manage budgets, schedules and risk across diverse teams and external partners. You will drive standardization of PMO processes, develop dashboards for executive review, and ensure execution to time, cost and quality targets while upholding high standards for safety, regulatory compliance and sustainability.

Responsibility
- Lead the global facilities PMO to plan, govern, and deliver multi-site capital projects and facility upgrades across the North Region and beyond.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, budgets, schedules, risk registers, change control boards, and governance structures to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, facilities operations, EHS, finance, and procurement to align goals, secure resources, and manage interdependencies.
- Oversee vendor and contractor management, including bid processes, contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and safety oversight.
- Drive safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives; implement energy efficiency measures and regulatory adherence across sites.
- Standardize PMO processes, implement dashboards, and provide transparent reporting to executives and stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop project managers and site leads; foster a high-performing, collaborative, results-driven team culture.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field; master's preferred.
- 8+ years of program management experience in facilities or capital projects, preferably in semiconductor or high tech manufacturing.
- PMI PMP or PgMP certification; strong experience with PMBOK or equivalent methodologies; proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.
- Proven track record leading global, multi-site projects with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills; ability to influence at executive level.
- Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements; LEED or equivalent accreditation desirable.
- Data-driven mindset with experience building and using program dashboards and KPI metrics; familiarity with ERP/financial systems.
- Willingness to travel as needed and operate in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment.
