Michael Page is partnering with a global healthcare services leader to recruit a Global Order Management Manager to join its Shared Services team in Selangor, Malaysia. This strategic leadership role oversees end-to-end order management across regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery for a diverse global customer base.
As Global Order Management Manager, you will design and standardize order-to-cash processes, drive continuous improvement, and lead a team of order management professionals. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to optimize order intake, pricing accuracy, credit approvals, scheduling, and on-time shipment. You will own metrics and dashboards, monitor service levels, and implement automation and ERP enhancements to accelerate cycle times while reducing errors.
The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with hands-on expertise in multi-region order flows, a deep understanding of ERP systems, and a proven track record of delivering measurable business value in a shared services environment. You will communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, manage risk and compliance, and mentor talent to build a high-performing team.

Responsibility
- Lead and optimize end-to-end order management processes across regions to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Standardize and improve order-to-cash workflows in collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance.
- Manage a team of order management professionals; set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and mentor staff.
- Drive process automation and ERP enhancements (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) to reduce cycle times and errors.
- Monitor and report on key service levels and customer experience metrics to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and risk management within shared services operations.
- Lead cross-functional projects, system migrations, and knowledge transfer to new processes or regions.
- Maintain accurate master data, pricing, and contracts to support global order flows.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, or shared services in a multinational environment.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and retain high-performing teams.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and order processing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven with experience creating dashboards and KPIs.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or regulated environments is a plus.
- Project management and change-management capabilities with a track record of delivering results.
