Responsibility
- Contribute to project delivery by supporting cross-functional teams on technology, product, and customer experience initiatives.
- Participate in rotational assignments across Technology, Digital Services, Data Analytics, and Customer Experience to gain a holistic view of Singtel's business.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions and performance tracking.
- Support testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing for digital platforms and services.
- Help design, prototype, and iterate on solutions that improve customer journeys and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices in software development, cloud, and cybersecurity.
- Engage in mentorship programs, hackathons, and ongoing learning opportunities to accelerate growth.
Qualification
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong academic record with analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java) or strong willingness to learn.
- Solid problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for technology, digital transformation, and customer-centric solutions.
- Eligible to work in Singapore for the duration of the program.
