Private Advertiser is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Jakarta Barat. This full-time role focuses on translating brand strategy into visually compelling assets that resonate with our audience across digital and print channels. As a Graphic Designer, you will partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop concepts and deliver high-quality graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, packaging, banners, and event materials. You will maintain brand consistency across all channels, contribute to the evolution of our visual identity, and help build a scalable design system. You will manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, solicit feedback, and iterate quickly to maximize impact. A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with business goals are essential for success in this role.

Responsibility
- Conceptualize and design high-quality visuals for digital and print collateral that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop creative concepts and finalize design assets.
- Produce social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, packaging, and event materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and support the evolution of the visual identity.
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, prioritizing tasks and delivering on time.
- Prepare final print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for production when needed.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics to optimize impact.
- Help develop and maintain a scalable design system for quick and consistent asset creation.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in marketing or branding roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, and digital design across multiple channels.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools.
- Excellent typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong time-management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for production runs.
- Basic understanding of web and UI/UX considerations is a plus.
