Kalman Marketing Agency is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our Bali-based creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will develop logos, color palettes, typography systems, and scalable brand assets. You’ll design social media graphics, website visuals, banners, brochures, packaging, and other marketing collateral that align with each brand's voice. Your work will support multi-channel marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring consistency and polish at every touchpoint.

Responsibility
- Design and deliver high-quality visuals for brand campaigns, including logos, packaging, social graphics, banners, and brochures.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
- Prepare print-ready files and digital assets for web, social, email, and advertising channels.
- Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines, prioritizing work and communicating progress.
- Create responsive web graphics, icons, and UI assets to support websites and landing pages.
- Stay current with design trends, typography, and color theory; iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaigns, and digital visuals.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- Experience with print production and digital asset optimization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
