Private Advertiser is seeking a creative and detailādriven Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Sukolilo, East Java. In this fullātime role, you will craft visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns and print collateral that consistently reflect our brand. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas into polished artwork that drives engagement and supports business goals.
The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in graphic design, a keen eye for typography and color, and a mastery of CorelDRAW. While CorelDRAW proficiency is preferred, experience with other design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus. You should be comfortable working within brand guidelines, producing production-ready assets, and adapting designs for various formats and platforms (social media, websites, banners, packaging, and print materials).

Responsibility
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, print, and packaging aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to interpret concepts and translate them into compelling designs.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and manage file delivery to vendors, ensuring color accuracy and production feasibility.
- Maintain and update the organization's design templates, assets, and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and iterate on feedback with professionalism.
- Ensure accessibility and readability across platforms, optimizing for mobile and digital channels.
- Stay current with design trends, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and propose innovative visual ideas.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and digital/print design.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and grid systems.
- Ability to work under deadlines, manage time, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills; fluent in Indonesian; English language skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of printing processes and preparing production-ready files.
