Kalman Marketing Agency is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Denpasar, Bali. This role plays a pivotal part in building and maintaining a cohesive visual identity for our clients through consistent and compelling design work. You will translate brand strategies into visually striking graphics that work across digital and print media, from social assets to website banners, brochures, and packaging.
As a Graphic Designer at Kalman Marketing Agency, you will collaborate with account managers, copywriters, and other designers to develop and execute creative concepts that align with client goals. You will own design projects from brief to final delivery, manage timelines, and iterate based on feedback while keeping brand guidelines intact. Responsibility
- Develop and execute visual concepts for brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography, and marketing collateral across digital and print channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate client briefs into engaging designs.
- Create responsive graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, banners, and ad creatives.
- Design print materials such as brochures, packaging, posters, and presentations with a focus on print production readiness.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple client projects and campaigns, adhering to established guidelines.
- Prepare design assets, presentations, and mockups; present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
- Manage multiple projects with timelines, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to elevate creative quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, layout, and digital design across web and print.
- Understanding of brand identity, marketing principles, and user experience basics.
- Experience creating assets for social media, websites, email, and print materials.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of Bali or Indonesian market is a plus and a willingness to travel if required.
