Join Eternal Tsingshan as a Greenery Supervisor and lead the planning, execution, and ongoing maintenance of large scale planting and landscaping initiatives that support our sustainable industrial environmental programs. This is a hands-on leadership role at a major site in Morowali, where horticulture meets operations. You will shape the visual and environmental impact of our facilities by combining planting design, vegetation management, and rigorous maintenance schedules with a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
You will supervise field crews, coordinate with engineers, environmental teams, and contractors, and ensure our greenery assets thrive in challenging industrial environments. Responsibilities include overseeing irrigation systems, soil health, species selection, and restoration work, while tracking key performance metrics related to growth, survival rates, and ecological benefits. The role requires a proactive communicator who can translate plan into action, manage budgets, and deliver results on time and within scope.
As a leader in our sustainability program, you will mentor junior staff, promote a culture of safety, and ensure compliance with HSE policies. You will report regularly to site leadership, documenting progress, risks, and environmental impact. Responsibility
- Lead and oversee large-scale planting, landscaping, and greenery maintenance to support sustainable industrial environmental programs.
- Manage day-to-day field operations, task allocation, progress tracking, and safety compliance on site.
- Coordinate with environmental teams, engineers, and contractors to implement revegetation and ecological restoration plans.
- Oversee irrigation systems, soil health monitoring, plant health assessments, and corrective actions.
- Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and adherence to local regulations and company policies.
- Maintain inventory for plants, soil, mulch, and related materials; manage procurement and wastage control.
- Coach and mentor field staff; promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare progress, budget, and impact reports for site leadership and senior management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, urban forestry, environmental science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in landscaping, revegetation, or environmental maintenance, preferably in industrial or mining settings.
- Strong knowledge of plant health, irrigation systems, soil management, and local species suitable for Central Sulawesi.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to supervise diverse teams in field environments.
- Understanding of HSE standards and regulatory compliance; commitment to safety and environmental ethics.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in remote or challenging environments and travel to project sites as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools; data-driven with reporting skills.
