Location: Berlin, Germany (hybrid). We welcome candidates who can relocate or work from our Berlin office.
Responsibility
- Define and execute the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Lead experiments and A/B tests across channels and product funnels; measure impact and iterate.
- Collaborate with Product to optimize onboarding, feature adoption, and activation metrics.
- Own funnel health metrics (CAC, CAC payback, LTV, ARPU) and report to founders and stakeholders.
- Build and mentor a small growth squad or coordinate external partners and contractors.
- Develop partnerships, integrations, and go-to-market programs to scale reach.
- Plan and manage budgets, ROI, and resource allocation for growth initiatives.
Qualification
- 5+ years in growth, product marketing, or growth analytics at startups or tech companies.
- Proven track record of achieving double-digit user growth and revenue milestones.
- Strong analytics skills with SQL and experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Experience with onboarding optimization, funnel analysis, and experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO).
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
- Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar marketing tech stack.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; startup mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
