Job description
Join NextWave Labs, a fast-growing startup studio in Austin, to lead our growth initiatives as a Growth Marketing Manager. You will own the growth funnel, design experiments, and collaborate with product, design, and sales to scale early-stage products into category leaders. This is a high-impact role with meaningful equity and a merit-driven, fast-paced environment.
We believe in autonomous ownership, data-driven decision making, and a bias toward action. If you enjoy testing ideas, shipping quickly, and measuring impact, this is the right place for you.
Responsibility
- Own and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel across paid, organic, email, and partnerships.
- Design and run rigorous A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve activation, retention, and monetization.
- Define, track, and report key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, activation rate) and present insights to leadership.
- Plan multi-channel acquisition campaigns, budgets, and bid strategies; allocate resources for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with product and design to optimize onboarding flows and feature adoption.
- Build and iterate landing pages, emails, and creative assets that convert.
- Partner with sales to accelerate pipeline and close high-potential accounts.
- Establish scalable processes and playbooks for growth experiments and onboarding new team members.
Qualification
- 3-5 years of growth marketing or growth analytics experience in startups or high-growth companies.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth metrics and ROI across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and landing page optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
- Self-starter with high ownership, collaboration, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms; familiarity with marketing tech stack.
- Startup or venture-backed background is a plus.
