NovaLabs is a fast-growing Berlin-based startup building an AI-powered customer intelligence platform that helps small businesses scale. We value curiosity, ownership, and impact. We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to own end-to-end acquisition, activation, and retention experiments that move metrics and fuel our network effects.
As a Growth Marketer at NovaLabs, you will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Sales to translate insights into scalable programs. If you thrive in ambiguity, ship rapidly, and love turning data into decisions, this is your role.
Responsibility
- Own and optimize the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth across multiple channels.
- Plan, run, and measure multi-channel campaigns (SEO, content, paid media, email) with a rigorous test-and-learn approach.
- Define and track KPI dashboards, run experiments (A/B tests, cohort analyses), and translate results into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to optimize onboarding, feature adoption, and user activation.
- Build a scalable content strategy to attract and educate the startup ecosystem in Europe.
- Identify partnerships, co-marketing opportunities, and referral programs to expand reach.
- Manage budgets, forecast ROI, and report performance to leadership on a weekly basis.
Qualification
- 3+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a blended role within a startup environment.
- Proven track record of driving user growth and improving CAC/LTV in a SaaS context.
- Strong SEO, content marketing, analytics skills (GA4, basic SQL preferred).
- Experience with email marketing, CRM platforms, and marketing automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup culture with a bias for action.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
