NovaNest Labs is a fast-growing startup building AI-powered product intelligence for modern teams. Backed by European investors, we empower product teams to ship faster and smarter. We are seeking a data-driven Head of Growth to lead our go-to-market and scaling efforts in Europe.
In this role, you will own the growth strategy end-to-end, collaborate with product, marketing, and sales, and build a high-performance growth engine that drives activation, retention, and revenue.
Responsibility
- Define and execute a data-driven growth strategy to optimize activation, retention, and monetization of our SaaS platform.
- Design and run a portfolio of experiments across acquisition channels, onboarding flows, and product features with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
- Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., GA4, Amplitude) to monitor funnel metrics and ROI; provide weekly and monthly reporting to leadership.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to ensure product-market fit and a scalable GTM motion across EU markets.
- Lead a growth discipline, mentoring a small team and managing external partners/agencies as needed.
- Own budget planning for growth initiatives and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
- Drive partnerships, integrations, and developer outreach to expand reach and inbound pipeline.
Qualification
- 7+ years in growth, marketing, or product-led growth roles within early-stage startups or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record scaling user acquisition, activation, and revenue; strong analytics and experimentation mindset.
- Proficiency with SQL, data visualization and analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Experience building and leading a small growth team; ability to manage external partners and vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal English; German language skills are a plus.
