In this Growth Product Manager role, you will own the end-to-end growth lifecycle, from onboarding to monetization, and you will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and marketing to drive measurable results.

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on leader who can blend product thinking with experimentation to accelerate growth while maintaining a sharp focus on user value. If you are excited by ambiguous problems, rapid iteration, and high-velocity execution, you will fit right in.

Responsibility

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel across activation, onboarding, retention, and revenue.
  • Design, run, and analyze rapid A/B tests and multivariate experiments to validate learnings and scale winning ideas.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics, share insights, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and sales to prioritize initiatives that unlock compounding growth.
  • Lead onboarding improvements to shorten time-to-value for new users and reduce churn.
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels, partnerships, and virality loops to fuel user growth.
  • Own pricing, packaging, and monetization experiments to maximize revenue while preserving user value.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or higher in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years in growth, product, or marketing roles at high-velocity startups or tech companies.
  • Proven track record delivering measurable growth through data-driven experiments and insights.
  • Strong SQL and data analytics skills; experience with tools like Looker, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience shaping onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization strategies.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and a fast-paced startup environment with a bias toward action.
  • Bonus: international growth experience, paid acquisition, or viral marketing campaigns.
