As a Guess Relation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations
- Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualification
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
