We are looking for a dedicated Guest Experience Leader to join our McDonald's team in Bangsar. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times.
As a Guest Experience Leader, you will oversee the dining area, interact with customers, manage complaints, and uphold the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming to guests
- Train and mentor team members on customer service best practices
- Monitor and maintain restaurant safety standards
Qualification
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
