We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Guest Relation Officer to join our team at PT. The Manta Villas Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience and providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the resort
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
Qualification
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
- Strong problem-solving skills
