Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and manage the front desk to create a welcoming first impression.
- Respond to inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and prompt resolution.
- Assist with check-in and check-out, verify guest information, and handle payments accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain guest records, protect privacy, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Upsell hotel services, amenities, and local experiences to enhance guest stays.
- Uphold safety, security, and brand standards; adhere to policies and procedures.
Qualification
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or front desk roles is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and guest empathy abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, time management, and a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related degree or diploma is a plus.
