Responsibility
- Provide excellent housekeeping services to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained
- Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering courteous and professional service at all times
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities, ensuring all standards of cleanliness are maintained
- Inspect rooms and facilities to verify adherence to quality and safety standards
- Report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or guest concerns to the appropriate department
- Support other team members to achieve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Comply with health, hygiene, and safety regulations within the work environment
- Assist with inventory control and the proper use of housekeeping supplies and equipment
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality roles preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights
