In this full time position, you will welcome guests, answer inquiries, assist with check-in and check-out, manage reservations, provide event and facilities support, and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery. You will maintain a polished reception area, handle routine administrative tasks, process payments, and assist with onboarding activities for new guests and visitors. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, demonstrate a can do attitude, and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Key responsibilities include greeting guests with a warm, professional demeanor; answering phones and emails promptly; managing bookings and registrations; processing payments accurately; guiding guests to facilities and events; resolving guest issues with courtesy and urgency; collaborating with operations, security, and housekeeping teams; and upholding brand standards and safety procedures. This role is supported by comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training to help you grow within the company.

Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and provide professional front desk assistance during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
- Answer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, delivering timely and accurate information about services and facilities.
- Manage reservations, registrations, and basic payments; process transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and security teams to ensure guest needs are met and spaces are well maintained.
- Assist with event setup and guest assistance for facilities and activities; communicate schedules and updates to guests.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area and uphold brand standards and safety procedures.
- Provide proactive problem solving and conflict resolution to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support onboarding for new colleagues and participate in ongoing training to develop hospitality skills.
Qualification
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a rotating shift environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point of sale systems or reservation software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
