Responsibility

Qualification

  • Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a rotating shift environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point of sale systems or reservation software.
