In this Front Desk and Reservations role, you will be the warm welcome, the information hub, and the reliable liaison between guests and our hospitality partners. What you’ll do includes welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth stay. You’ll respond to guest inquiries, upsell hotel services and dining options where appropriate, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records. With a focus on service excellence, you’ll resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy, turning moments into memorable experiences. The role operates on a 5-day work week with shift rotation to cover peak periods, ensuring work-life balance.

Responsibility

  • Greet guests and provide attentive service at the front desk
  • Process check-ins and check-outs using our property management system (PMS)
  • Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about local attractions and hotel facilities
  • Process payments, upsell hotel services, and maintain accurate guest records
  • Handle guest requests with professionalism and courtesy, resolving issues promptly
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and smooth operations

Qualification

  • Minimum 1 year of hospitality or front desk experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and POS, plus basic MS Office
  • Customer-focused, friendly, and professional demeanor with a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shift flexibility
