Responsibility
- Provide expert haircuts, color services, blowouts, and styling tailored to client needs and lifestyle
- Consult with clients to determine goals and deliver personalized treatment plans
- Perform chemical services including color, highlights, balayage, and treatment masks
- Maintain pristine, organized workstation and high standards of sanitation
- Educate clients on aftercare and product recommendations to maximize results
- Collaborate with team on trends, techniques, and promotions to grow the business
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and salon operations as needed
Qualification
- Licensed cosmetologist or barber in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced salon environment
- Strong cutting techniques across men and women’s hair with precision and versatility
- Proficient color skills including balayage, highlights, and color correction
- Excellent client communication, empathy, and relationship-building
- Commitment to sanitation, safety, and OSHA-compliant practices
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
