What you'll do:
- Consult with clients to understand their goals and deliver customized cuts, styling, coloring, and smoothing treatments.
- Perform precision hair cutting, advanced coloring techniques (balayage, foils, color corrections), and finishing services.
- Maintain exceptional sanitation, tool care, and product knowledge in accordance with salon standards.
- Provide outstanding guest experience, recommend home care, and drive client retention.
- Collaborate with stylists and assistants to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in regular education sessions and trend forecasting to keep skills sharp.
Responsibility
- Deliver high-end haircuts, color services, styling, and treatments tailored to each guest's features and lifestyle.

Qualification
- Active cosmetology license in New York and ability to work legally in the United States.
- 2+ years of professional hair styling experience in a high-end salon.
- Proficient in cutting, coloring (including balayage and color corrections), and guest consultations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Strong client-service mindset with a portfolio that demonstrates range and versatility.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
