As Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, maintain impeccable standards of quality, consistency, and safety, and collaborate with front-of-house partners to craft memorable dining experiences.

Responsibility
- Lead daily kitchen operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and timely service.
- Develop seasonal menus, create recipes, test dishes, and manage recipe costing.
- Oversee menu engineering, portion control, and waste reduction to maximize profitability.
- Hire, train, coach, and schedule kitchen staff; foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source sustainable, seasonal ingredients and manage inventory.
- Partner with front-of-house leadership on plating, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and maintenance plans to ensure operational readiness.
Qualification
- 7+ years of culinary leadership experience in fine dining or high-volume, upscale concepts.
- Proven track record in menu development, costing, and profitable kitchen operations.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training; strong knowledge of modern techniques and trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentoring skills; ability to manage diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with inventory management, vendor relations, and cost controls.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage high standards, and adapt to changing guest needs and events; flexible scheduling.
- Proficiency with kitchen software, recipe costing tools, and inventory systems.
